Structure of This Internship
The Talent Identification Internship at Syncfusion® is built to uplift and empower individuals by guiding them through a structured, six-months journey of growth and transformation. This multi-phase program is designed to help you discover your strengths, build real-world skills, and become industry-ready with confidence.
Phase 1 (1 Month)
Interns undergo foundational training to develop essential skills required for different roles. Their progress and interest are regularly assessed to gauge alignment with the program’s expectations.
Phase 2 (1 Month)
Selected interns receive focused training tailored to their chosen roles, deepening their technical or professional expertise. This phase prepares them for practical responsibilities in their respective areas.
Phase 3 (4 Months)
Interns engage in real-world projects within teams, applying their skills under supervision. Their performance is closely monitored to evaluate readiness for potential employment.
Final Evaluation and Employment Opportunity
After completing all three phases, interns undergo a comprehensive evaluation. Selected interns are offered employment at Syncfusion®.

Who Can Apply?
Eligibility Criteria
- Only UG Arts, Science and Commerce graduates
- 2024 and 2025 passed-out batches
- Minimum of 70% in UG
- Minimum 80% in HSC and SSLC
- No gaps of any kind

No registration is required. You can attend the walk-in any time between 7–9 July 2025, 9 a.m.
No, final-year students who are currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
Since 100% attendance is required throughout the internship, you are not eligible.
The interview and assessment questions will be provided in both English and Tamil for better accessibility, except for the Communication Skills (English) assessment, which will be conducted only in English.
Elimination rounds:
Round 1: Aptitude Assessment
- Assesses your aptitude skills based on mathematics from standard VIII to X.
Round 2: Logical Reasoning and Communication Skills Assessment
- Evaluates your logical reasoning and basic communication skills.
Round 3: In-Person Interview
- One-on-one interviews will be conducted.
- Assesses communication, attitude, and interest in the program.
- Brush up on school-level mathematics (Std. VIII–X), logical reasoning, and communication.
- Bring required documents to the venue if shortlisted (will be mentioned in the email).
No fees are collected from candidates for the internship. Interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 from the company.
No, food and accommodation will not be provided. Interns are expected to make their own arrangements.
The internship is conducted strictly offline. Interns are required to report to our office, located in Kilpauk, Chennai.

The training sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
Once selected, interns are expected to maintain consistent attendance, dedication, and active participation. Performance will be monitored throughout the program. Interns who fail to meet the required attendance or performance standards, even after receiving reminders, may be disqualified and will not be issued a completion certificate.
No, role or domain selection is not allowed. Role allocation and job offers, if any, will be based on your performance and are solely decided by management.
Shortlisted candidates will receive an email notification for the next round of interviews within one week.
Yes, a certificate of completion will be issued to interns who successfully meet the mandatory attendance and performance criteria throughout the internship program.
A full-time job offer is not guaranteed upon completion of the internship. However, interns who demonstrate outstanding performance, consistency, and commitment during the program may be considered for roles at Syncfusion® such as:
